Buttocks
Aesthetic surgery of buttocks (gluteoplasty) aims to modify the volume of the gluteal region. It may answer a demand for increased volume (following loss of weight, hormonal change,…), or for modified shape.
Volume augmentation will, as a rule, be obtained through the insertion of a silicone gel implant, thus making the augmentation definitive.
Augmentation of buttock volume may also be achieved through high density hyaluronic acid injection, in which case the result will be temporary (18 months) since the substance is resorbable.
Finally, the combination of liposuction and lipostructure make it possible to modify the shape of buttocks and neighbouring areas in a natural, overall approach. Fat suction via liposuction and fat-grafting are performed in the same operation.

Implant : Dr Dudrap uses an intra-muscular technique, with the implant embedded in the gluteus maximus muscle for better integration and tolerance. The result is both more natural and longer-lasting.
Fat-grafting : the micro-cannulas used by Dr Dudrap make lipostructure without visible scars possible. The result in terms of buttock augmentation is obtained naturally, without implant. Several sessions of lipostructure are possible.
