Thigh

Thigh lifting (crural dermolipectomy or cruroplasty) aims to remove excess skin and fat in the upper and inner parts of the thigh where skin slackening is common despite a healthy lifestyle.

Thigh lifting is the only effective solution to deal with excess skin in these areas. When skin slackening is only moderate, non-invasive techniques may be considered.

The operation begins with a prior liposuction to slim down the zone, after which the skin surplus is established without skin undermining. A 6 to 8cm surplus can thus be removed. The scar will be located in the upper section of the inguinal crease, therefore invisible when wearing a bathing suit.

Dr. Dudrap's expertise

Dr Dudrap uses a thigh lifting technique with prior liposuction to slim down the zone while preserving deeper lymphatic drainage. This will improve healing and lessen the risk of post-operative seromas (serous effusion).
