Face lift
Facial aesthetic surgery for rejuvenation and embellishment is often the result of a combination of different operations (eyelids, lipostructure, nose,…) to bring about a natural-looking, harmonious result.
Face lifts, or cervico-facial lifts, apply to the lower part of the face and the neck, with the objective of re-tightening the face’s muscular system of support (SMAS) in order to reshape the oval of the face while improving the lower cheek. Re-tightening may reveal a skin excess that will be removed, but always with moderation. Scars are invisible, being located around the ear and in the scalp.

Dr Dudrap commonly associates cervico-facial face-lift and facial lipostructure in order to restore lost volume and facial tension. The drawn, flattened aspect of former face-lifts is therefore avoided.
The lipostructure is performed as the first step of the operation, dealing with those areas where the loss of fat volume is most significant : cheekbones, dark-circles, temples, cheeks…
The result is a remodeling face-lift lending the face a healthy expression, with a more juvenile morphology through volume and tension.
