Nose
Aesthetic surgery of the nose (rhinoplasty) is used to correct an aesthetic imperfection of the nose, whether in its back (dorsum) or its tip. The presence of an unsightly bulge in your profile is the most common motive to consult. It develops during adolescence through the growth of the nasal septum.
During consultation a detailed morphological study will be carried out, face on and in profile, to define the proportions most in harmony with each type of face. Photographic 3D simulation will help define the adequate surgical procedure, bearing in mind that we are only dealing with a projection. A functional analysis of breathing and a check-up by medical imagery may be appropriate depending on the situation.
Once drawn up, the rhinoplasty blueprint will be rigorously followed step by step in the operating theatre, leaving no room for improvisation. The objective is an optimal aesthetic result in full conformity with the initial plan.

Dr. Dudrap's expertise
Plastic surgery of the nose as performed by Dr Dudrap usually involves invisible incisions inside the nose. Should other scars prove necessary (below the nostrils to reduce nose breadth or columella for open rhinoplasty), Dr Dudrap would raise the issue with his patient beforehand.
